Sliding Scale Event Pricing
In order to make this event financially accessible to as many people as possible, we offer tickets on a sliding scale. Please consider your financial situation and buy a ticket at the high end of what you can afford. This gives access to folks who couldn't otherwise afford to come. If a Low Income Ticket is outside of your price range, fill out one of our sexy-lookin' Scholarship Applications and our scholarship committee will work hard to issue you a ticket you can afford. These events are about community and access.
Event Tickets
Low Income Ticket $155
Mid-Low Income $195
Mid Income Ticket $235
Upper Income $295
Benevolent Gentry Ticket $350
Day Pass (24 hours, includes veggie meals) $70
Food Tickets* (Read about "Recess Food Co-Op" for details)
Veggie Meal Ticket $35 (Veggie Meals for your entire time at the event)
Meat Ticket $25 (Buy in addition to Veggie Ticket for 4 days of meat, once a day)
*Please note that Scholarship covers only event ticket (entrance to the event) and does not cover food. While we really believe in financial accessibility, the amount we charge for food is literally the cost it takes us to feed you, so we ask that you try to cover your food costs if at all possible. We are charging less than $3 dollars a meal for local, organic food with big portions. We generally ask that people either cover their own food costs to buy meal tickets or that they try to feed themselves at the event.

Paying with DWOLLA
Avoid paying the extra credit card fees!
DWOLLA registration option: to pay with DWOLLA, create an account using this Link, then use the drop down links below. Please make sure you pay for both your event ticket and meal ticket separately.
Setting Up A DWOLLA account: We offer payments through DWOLLA. It's a secure online payment system that allows for direct transactions between banks (or local credit unions!) that offer a great work-around that avoids extortionary credit card fees. It takes a bit of set-up; but if you opt to pay with DWOLLA, we'll give you 10 business days to get your account verified and balance transferred. Additionally, DWOLLA just enabled a "guest checkout" so anyone can now use DWOLLA to pay!

Paying with a credit card
Super easy, just fill it out like you normally would, pay the extra $ and charge to Visa, and you're done!
What is the Recess food Co-op?
As always, collective meals and snacks will be available all day every day. Everyone who wants to eat with us can buy a food share and our kitchen team will pool all the cooperative food funds and volunteer labor and use it to provide totally awesome meals made with the most fresh, local and organic food possible.
Vegan and gluten-free options will be available at every meal.
One food share entitles you to 4 days of vegetarian food, which includes 3 meals a day.
The first official meal of the event will be Thursday dinner, and the last Monday Brunch.
In addition to your veggie share, you can also buy a meat ticket. Because meat is extremely resource intensive not just to produce, but to buy, refrigerate off grid, and prepare safely, there will be an additional cost for meat shares. One meat share will entitle you to meat with your dinners and occasionally with brunch. If you think you want twice that amount, feel free to purchase multiple meat shares.
